INGREDIENTI PER 4 PERSONE
- 1 1/3 cups brown rice
- 3 ecodoses water
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- ½ stick of celery
- 10 oz. broccoli
- 2 sausages
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Parmesan cheese
PREPARAZIONE
Rinse the rice, put it in a pressure cooker with 3 ecodoses of water (about 3 cups), a carrot, celery and onion (peeled and left whole).
Close the pressure cooker and cook for 15 minutes. Lower the heat once it whistles.
Once cooked, turn off the heat. Let the air out of the valve and open the pot. Add the broccoli, (washed and cut into strips), the crumbled sausage and stir.
Close the pot and turn on the heat for another 5 minutes. Lower the heat once it whistles.
Once cooked, turn off the heat. Let the air out of the valve, open the pot and stir the rice with olive oil and parmesan cheese.
