INGREDIENTI PER 4 PERSONE
20-25 duroni or cherries
1 ecodose of Sangiovese
¼ cup of sugar
2 tsp of cinnamon
3 cloves
decorating powdered sugar
PREPARAZIONE
- Place the upitted cherries (without the stems) in the pot. Add an Ecodose of wine, sugar, cinnamon and cloves.
- Close the lid, set the valve on position 1 and cook for 2 minutes and 30 seconds after the first whistle.
- Once cooked, turn off the heat, open the bleeder valve, then open the lid.
- Put the cherries with their own cooking juice into individual small cups. Sprinkle them with powdered sugar and serve.
