INGREDIENTI PER 4 PERSONE
1.3 lb white potatoes,
½ Ecodose of water,
½ Ecodose of white wine,
1 clove of garlic,
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil,
1 sprig of basil,
1 tbsp of oregano,
1 hot pepper sliced in circles,
salt
PREPARAZIONE
- Peel the potatoes, cut into medium sized cubes and put them in the pot.
- Add water and wine, close and cook for 10 minutes after the first whistle.
- Once cooked, let the steam escape gradually, open the lid, add salt and place the potatoes on a platter.
- In a frying pan, brown the garlic and chilli with the oil. Pour all over the potatoes, along with oregano and basil and serve.
