INGREDIENTI PER 4 PERSONE
1.1 lb of granny smith apple
Juice of ½ lemon
a bit less than 1/2 inch cinnamon stick
¼ cup of sugar
1 Ecodose of water
2 egg yolks
1 whole egg
1/4 cup of sugar
½ Ecodose of white wine or Marsala
PREPARAZIONE
- Peel the apples and cut them into pieces. Put them in the pot with lemon, sugar, cinnamon and the Ecodose of water. Close and cook for 4 minutes, starting when you hear the first the first whistle.
- Let the steam escape gradually, open and put the apples into 4 ramekins. Prepare the zabaglione. Whip eggs and sugar in a warm bowl, using an electric mixer, gradually adding white wine or Marsala.
- Pour the zabaglione on the apples, then cook au gratin in the oven for 3 minutes. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream (optional).
