Irradial Control is a re-visitation of the classic pressure cooker with a new feature that makes use even easier. The new 1-pressure operating valve has an extremely simple manual control, just rotate and guide the lever to directly control the vertical steam venting, minimising liquid dispersal. It is also very easy to clean. The triple IRRADIAL® PLUS base in steel-aluminium-steel, also suited for induction, assures perfect heat distribution for even cooking that does not allow the food to stick. The new silicone safety valve has dual triggering to assure the utmost protection The flexible lid with no obligatory closing positions is easy to be operated. Recipe book included.
