Lagofusion® Base
With the Lagofusion® base, the difference in temperature between the centre of the saucepan (200° C) and the sides is minor (-20° C) compared to a Lagoseal® Plus base (-40° C).
TRI-PLY structure
The 3-ply body (Steel - Aluminium - Steel) ensures perfectly homogeneous heat distribution from the base throughout the entire surface of the cooking; the Lagofusion® technology applied to the body gives the pan a 5-ply base to perfectly control cooking
