Its internal non-stick Meteorite® Rivestimento Mineral extra resistant coating is reinforced with mineral particles for enhanced resistance to scratches and abrasions. The coating, like all Lagostina non-stick cookware, is safe thanks to the no-PFOA, no-cadmium and no-lead guarantee and easy to clean. The ergonomic handles assure a safe and convenient grip. The 4.5 mm Stainless Steel base is non-deformable and assures perfect heat distribution on all heat sources.
