INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE

- 9 oz. vialone nano rice

- 2 cups of frozen peas (about 9 oz.)

- 1 small onion

- 3 oz. of ham cut into strips

- A few marjoram leaves

- 3 ecodoses of water

- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

- Salt

 

PREPARATION

Place directly in the pressure cooker and cook the onion with some olive oil over low heat. Then add the peas, the rice, 3 ecodoses of water (about 3 cups), the ham and stir.

Close the cooker and cook for 8 minutes. Lower the heat when the pot whistles.

Once cooked, turn off the heat. Let the air escape from the valve and open the pot. Adjust the salt, add the marjoram leaves and place the rice in a bowl. Let it rest a few minutes and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
